A very popular student pub, with very few locals (I often get looked at funny because my nipples aren't pierced!). :-)
You can play one of the board games offered - Chess, Kerplunk etc.

Comments:
The Gents toilets seems to be an on-going problem. Maybe it's the throughput of customers, or maybe there isn't a manager on site. Or maybe the manager is female and they don't visit the Mens toilets? The problem has been eviden for at least 12 months (as of 2002). Not a pleasant experience. Oh, and the hot water is boiling! You've been warned.

Comments:
Barstaff are predominantly students, and this could explain their indifferent attitude towards anyone who is above 20 who doesn't have green hair. Having said that, tonight was a pleasant experience. It's obviously down to the luck of the draw at this place as both people we dealt with were very nice.

Comments:
This pub must be a contenter for Preston's Most Dreadful Colour-Scheme on a public building. Outside it is purple with orange blobs, and the inside wouldn't look out of place on a Wendy House (green, blue and orange). As of 2007 it has been painted orange on the ouside.
